Baroda High Schools Induction Programme📚
Baroda High Schools conducted its annual Induction Programme to welcome new teachers to the academic year 2025-26. The programme aimed to familiarize them with the school’s ethos, curriculum, and facilities while fostering a sense of community and support.
The session commenced with a warm welcome address by all the principals. Who emphasized om the school’s commitment to holistic education and the all-round development of each child. This was followed by a presentation on the school’s mission and vision by Dr. S.R Iyengar, trustee of Baroda Lions Club Education Trust for gracing the Induction Program for new teachers and the supervisors of Baroda Lions Club Education Trust. With insightful words on the vision and mission of the school, along with the innovative ideas and motivating thoughts.
There were also words of wisdom shared by other trust members , including

2. Smt. Anjali Dave – Trustee and chairperson managing committee ( BHS ‘s Pre primary and primary sections.)
3. Prof. Smt. Prerna Mohite- Vice president and chairperson managing committee ( BHS ‘s Secondary and Higher secondary sections)
The main agenda covered:
Introduction to School Facilities and Resources: A brief tour of the campus and an overview of the library, laboratories, and sports facilities.
Academic Curriculum Overview: Subject-wise introductions, assessment patterns, and expectations for students in different grades.
Code of Conduct and School Policies: Emphasis on discipline, punctuality, and respect for diversity.
Extracurricular Activities: Information on sports, cultural events, clubs, and community service opportunities.
Parental Involvement and Communication: Introduction to parent-teacher interaction, open houses, and digital communication platforms.
Safety and Well-being: Presentation on child safety, health measures, and the importance of mental well-being.
The event concluded with an interactive session between teachers and the dignitaries, where teachers had the opportunity to clarify their doubts, followed by lunch. Overall, the induction programme set a positive tone for the new academic year, fostering enthusiasm and a sense of belonging among the new members of the Baroda High School family.
